Counseling & Therapy

Counseling and Therapy are typically for individuals struggling with a diagnosis based mental health concern. This can range from depression and anxiety related concerns to personality, other mood disorders, autism, child therapy, trauma, and more. It is also excellent for couples and families struggling with systems issues.

Fees range from $70-$125 a session. Please refer to the “Team” section to see how much each session is for your preferred clinician.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is different than Therapy in that it is NOT for those who have or are going to be diagnosed officially. These are typically less severe concerns that are treated primarily through statistically validated behavioral changes. In turn, you can think of this service as a future-focused, goal-oriented form of therapy that does not include more severe concerns.

Fees range from $70-$125 a session. Please refer to the “Team” section to see how much each session is for your preferred clinician.

Mental Training

Mental Training is different as well, in that it is specifically for athletes, gamers, or high performance professionals. We utilize Christopher Missimo’s psychological model, RAMP, to teach individuals, coaches, and families how they can gauge, act, and react to their mental health and performance in REAL TIME with shared language and without a professional present.

Each session is $125.

Consulting

We are focused on providing other therapists with supervising and business related consulting. This can pertain to marketing, POS, software decisions, balance sheet concerns, business model design, gross vs net income issues, etc.

Therapist Supervision

We provide supervision for LPC-Associates as well as LMFT-Associates out of graduate school. Our training hub can deliver everything a therapist will need to develop their clinical AND business-related skills during their associate phase. All contracted supervisees are encouraged to have multiple placements for greater clinical development.

Therapist Business Development

Our business is uniquely positioned to facilitate a gap that exists for therapists in business training and development. We want YOU to run your dream practice in a way that allows you to focus on clinical care rather than bills. All contracted trainees are encouraged to have multiple placements for greater clinical development.
