If you are an LPC-Associate or LMFT-Associate searching for a qualified supervisor, co-owner Jeremy Pierce can meet your needs. Jeremy will provide case consultations, discussions about counseling theories, guidance regarding effective counseling approaches, identification and embracement of strengths, and other techniques to develop your clinical skills.

A bonus is that you will also learn tips on running a successful private practice. At Avanti, we specialize in all things related to clinician development. We even have a 2-year curriculum for business development that fills the gap the undergraduate and graduate schools don’t cover. You will also learn how to handle ethical concerns and how to accurately abide by the LPC or LMFT Board Rules. Supervision is conducted weekly and is offered in-person or online via HIPAA compliant video calls.
