My name is April Haley and I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Harding University in Psychology in 1996. I completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Abilene Christian University in June of 2020. I have experience working with pre-teens, adolescents, couples, individuals, and families, as they struggle to manage relationships and life stressors. I specialize in self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, work stress, family conflict, and strengthening couple relationships.
I believe in building a trusting relationship with my clients and providing a safe space with no judgment, so individuals feel open in sharing their emotions and experiences. I strive to empower clients and give them the tools and resources they need to make positive changes in their lives. Since all individuals and families are unique, I use various therapeutic modalities and a holistic approach to support them throughout their journey of growth and healing.

Focus
Personal
I love being a mom and part of an amazing blended family of five children– two young adults and three teenagers! I enjoy working out and hiking with my husband, having coffee or grabbing a bite with friends, spending time with my family, and organizing service projects. My relationship with God and his never-ending grace is the foundation for my love for others and my desire to help them navigate through difficulties or find meaning and purpose in their lives.
